Santa Barbara Permaculture Network and IPC Permaculture Podcast Episode 26
I spoke with Margie Bushman and Wesly Roe of the Santa Barbara Permaculture Network about their work locally and internationally. We really wanted to showcase the upcoming International Permaculture Conference which will begin on September 17th in Jordan. The pre-conference Permaculture Design Course is currently underway, and the organizers are busy preping! Last week the big news broke that there will be a live video stream of the conference and a video archive on the website!

Wes and Margie share there past experiences with the conference and how you can help support the scholarship program to bring international participants from "money poor skills rich" regions of the world! They also shared their experiences in helping to forge a support commitee which helps host countries in with the process of organizing the conference. Best of all they share some heart warming stories about permaculture practioners getting together at the international level and really connecting!
